Dr. Tuzman spent three years stationed at West Point, where he received specialized training in both Prosthodontics (cosmetics) and Endodontics (root canals).  Dr. Tuzman has been in private practice in Putnam County, NY, since 2004.  He has served on the admissions committee at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine for over 11 years and was recently honored with an appointment as “assistant clinical professor”.

Dr. Tuzman combines knowledge of the most modern technology with a patient-oriented “old school” mentality of treating his patients like family.

Dr. Tuzman enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughters.  When he is isn’t spending time with them, he can be found either playing golf or cheering on his favorite sports teams (NY Yankees and NY Rangers).

Agnes Barbagallo, DDS

Dr. Barbagallo wanted to follow her mother’s footsteps and become a dentist ever since she was just nine years old watching her mother at work. She graduated from Seton Hall University with honors in both Biological Sciences and Italian. Dr. Barbagallo completed her dental education at New York University.   After completing a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Hospital, she worked in private practice for a year before returning to specialize in Pediatrics. Dr. Barbagallo completed her pediatric training at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY where she also served as chief resident. She is a currently a board qualified pediatric dentist.  She speaks fluent Italian, Spanish, and English.

Dr. Barbagallo has a deep sense of committment to her community and has a passion for connecting with children. Dr. Barbagallo’s younger sister has special needs and is the reason and driving force for pursuing pediatrics as her specialty. Her experience with her sister has granted her an understanding, demeanor, and capacity to relate to all childrens' special needs.
Dr. Barbagallo  feels strongly that early childhood healthcare and prevention are important aspects of favorable future dental outcomes. Establishing a dental home at an early age is critical to building a lifelong positive dental experience.

Dr. Barbagallo is an active member of the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Dental Association, and the New Jersey Pediatric Dental Association.
When not following her passion of helping children, Dr. Barbagallo greatly enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, yoga, and spending time with her husband and their wonderful one year old son.
